This beautiful vintage Green Turquoise and Red Coral Sterling Silver ring is made by known Navajo Artist Mary E. Tstosie. She worked as a silversmith for the Atkinson Trading Company and her mark was first used in 1974. It is a great example of traditional Native American motifs with the leafs and shadow boxes. Shadow boxes are darkened hollows used for design purposes.
The metal in this ring is Sterling. The ring setting is approximately 1 and 2/5th inches tall and 1/2 an inch wide. It weighs approximately 6 grams. The band size is approximately 6.
The Turquoise Cabochon is 2/5th inches tall and a little over a 1/4 of an inch wide. The Red Coral cabochon is just over 2/5th inches tall and is just under a 1/4 of an inch wide.
