Lapis Lazuli is associated with the "Third Eye" Chakra, or "Ajna" in Sanskrit.
During the Middle Ages Lapis Lazuli was used to make a pigment called "Ultramarine" which was used almost exclusively for Madonna's robes. At one time Lapis Lazuli was worth more than its weight in gold.

Sizing Note: Measurement is at the center, bead hole, of the bracelets. If your wrist measures 7 inches against the skin you may want to order at least a 7.5 inch size to account for the hemisphere of the bead.
