This handmade 108 natural stone Mala is made on The Island of Hawai'i with Larvikite for the strand. The Mala is finished with a Faceted Labradorite Guru Bead and a beaded tassel.
Larvikite is known to be a grounding and protective stone. It is also believed to increase certain metaphysical abilities.
The Guru Bead is Labradorite and it was first discovered in Labrador, Canada originally (hence the name) and there is an Inuit Legend that it is the light of the Aurora Borealis captured within the stone.
There are many types of Labradorite out there. The Labradorite in the strand is translucent with good iridescence. Labradorite can be almost clear, grey, blue, and even purple!
This Mala is approximately 22 inches in length from Tassel to the stones at the back of the strand. The strand beads are approximately 8mm. Our Malas are hand knotted in between each stone.

Good Karma Products' Malas come with a manufacturing warranty. We will remake the Mala for free if the strand breaks due to manufacturing defect. We do offer restringing for Good Karma Products purchased Malas for a nominal fee.
