White Buffalo Sterling Silver "P.A. Smith" Stamped Ring- Size 12
Black and white go with everything. If you want to add a bit of vintage sterling silver to your wardrobe check out this piece!
We believe that the stone is White Buffalo Turquoise. In today's world that is a bold statement with the amount of faux White Buffalo floating around. A serious collector can judge for themselves based on the setting and the look of the stone.
The ring is stamped with what appears to be "P.A. Smith" and "Sterling". We were unable to learn a lot about the artist but based on the artists pieces the individual was certainly talented with a specific, filed sterling silver, look. File work is what cut the design into the setting.
The metal in this ring is .925, which is the purity grade for Sterling Silver. The ring is approximately 1 1/8 inches tall and 11/12 inches wide. Very nearly an inch wide. The White Buffalo cabochon is approximately 3/4 inches tall and approximately 2/3rds of an inch wide. The setting stands out from the band about 3/8ths of an inch. It weighs approximately 14 grams. The band size is a size 12.
